Well here is my part 2, the outlander builds! I know a lot of people were looking forward to this and I hope you all enjoy them as much as I enjoyed theory crafting them. I enjoy the outlander as a very flexible class. It is centered on doing DPS but really I see a lot of ways to play this class.Again Please note: Please keep in mind that these are all theory-crafted builds, based on the beta and the skills revealed at PAX. They may or may not be viable in the final game, which will release September 20th.
